Transitioning From Relaxed to Natural Hair
On occasion one may want to transition from relaxed hair to a natural style. There are things that can be done to have a successful transition. Trim or braid the relaxed hair. If you do not wish to do this you can let your natural hair grow out. Over time as it grows you will need to moisten your hair with oil or serum to prevent any breakage between your relaxed hair and new hair. Use emu, tea tree oil, or other products that can assist with this. Also sleep with a silk or satin cap to prevent breakage when you sleep. These steps can help you make the transition much simpler.
