These MVP terms are intended for early public testing of Tewvu.

Marketplace Role

Tewvu is a marketplace and introduction platform only. Tewvu helps renters and equipment owners find each other and exchange rental interest.

No Equipment Guarantee

Tewvu does not own, inspect, insure, certify, endorse, or guarantee any listed equipment, owner, renter, rental price, pickup arrangement, or availability.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for pickup, return, payment, deposits, equipment condition, suitability, safety, and identity or condition verification before completing a rental.

Risk

Users assume their own risks when contacting, meeting, renting, lending, transporting, using, or returning equipment.

Moderation

Tewvu may remove, hide, mark as spam, or decline listings, requests, offers, or messages at any time to reduce abuse, spam, fraud, safety risk, or operational burden.

No Rental Guarantee

Tewvu does not guarantee that any request will receive offers, that any listed item will be available, or that any rental will be completed successfully.
